Who: Lama Lena(Yeshe Khaytup) has engaged in traditional Buddhist study and practice for over 40 years. Her experiences include 30 years of traveling with and translating for the Venerable Wangdor Rinpoche, whose lineage is in both Dzogchen and Chagchen. Traveling internationally, Lama Lena teaches in a direct, informal style, blending earthy wit with compassion and incisive clarity.
