Join Jarrod Roy as he navigates you through a Viniyoga sequence of asana postures, specifically modified to explore longer, deeper breathing as a preparatory aspect for seated pranayama techniques and self-inquiry meditation.
The aim of this class will work with the Vijnanamaya Kosa, which represents the level of the human personality. Self-Inquiry meditation will be used as a tool to examine, uncover, and unlock student’s attitudes and perceptions, priorities and goals, and values and style of communication.
