- Sound Bath Meditation
Join us every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 7pm, for a relaxing, healing sound bath with either Allison or Megan… generously by donation!
A sound bath is a meditative experience that uses intentional and soothing ambient sounds composed by the practitioner. Participants are bathed in deep sound vibrations while tuning in to a full-body listening experience. These frequencies can slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, activating the body’s parasympathetic nervous system. This is where the body begins its self-healing. Sound and vibration healing is an effective and proven modality that uses vibration and sound to help reduce stress, alter consciousness, and create a deep sense of peace, well-being and better health.
“Sound as medicine is nothing new. Sound as medicine has been used for hundreds of years on all continents. For example, Tibetan throat singers use vibration to heal, shamans in Latin America use flute and singing and many other instruments, and percussion instruments used in Africa are some of the examples of how sound is used as medicine.” - New Moon Women’s Circle & Cacao Ceremony
“Each time women gather in circles with one another, the world heals a little more.”

New Moons bring receptivity and new potential. Women throughout history have gathered during this time to set new intentions, offer support, and empower one another in a journey of deep introspection. This circle is an opportunity to create connection and community in a safe and sacred environment, tune into your own feminine strength and intuition, have conscious conversations, learn and grow with other women, engage in intention setting, ritual, and heartfelt sharing, and to create an energetic web of support, nourishment, and healing for yourself and women everywhere. (AKA.. Sisterhood!)

Limited spaceFor those who want to start their new year off on the right breath, honoring the support of nature, community, and serendipity in a way that brings healing to all corners of self and environment, I invite you to come and melt into that background, to reconnect to the source of life, and begin anew in the coming new year!
The Journey of Breath is born of an integration of Traditional Indian Yoga/Ayurveda Practices, as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine/Qigong practices. As opposed to the modern division of those who only do physical practices or meditative practices, these techniques revolve around Breath and Prana flow, the central axis, and linking energy between body and mind. On This Journey of Breath, each individual performs the physical, breathing, and meditative practices required for their unique constitution.
