Join me in the practice of the 4th limb of Ashtanga Yoga - Pranayama. Learn breath control, extension and retention. Practice directing inhalation, deepening exhalation through traditional breath exercises all to calm the mind, balance energy, heighten concentration and awaken the conscious nature. Class focus is on learning the Ashtanga Pranayama Sequence. All Levels welcome. By donation(suggested $10-20).
